PAB High Precision Stabilized Power Supply 

I. Summarize

PAB high precision stabilized power supply is specially designed for magnetic powder brake, clutch and product line which need tensioning adjustment and control. Output load electric power can be adjusted continuously between 0-set value. LED will show output electric power simultaneously. For this series, its power output is stable, ripple current coefficient is good, and overload limiting production function is perfect.

1. Working environment: Ambient temperature is -10°C~40°C, and relative temperature does not exceed 80%; 

2. Input power: AC210-230V 50HZ;

3. Rated output:DC24V DC0-4A (Nominal value is subject to material object)

4. Overload power limiting protection and short circuit protection function are available. 

5. No corrosive gas, liquid and dirt are contained in the ambient environment; avoid to be installed in the violently shaking environment

 6. It is required to leave over 50mm gap around the stabilized current power supply to the ambient to ensure natural heat radiation and ventilation of the machine.

III Operation method

1.Power on

2.Connecting external load to “+”,“-” output terminal (Magnetic power brake will not be divided into positive and negative pole)

3.To turn the power switch to the position of “ON”

4. To adjust the electric power knob, and set the electric power data needed.

 IV. Note

1. Given the fuse was blew out, its reason shall be firstly found out, then shall with replaced with fuse having same numerical value

 2. After long time use, it is prohibited to touch the heat radiator of the back plate to avoid scald
